Here are my are my general tips when requesting free samples:- use a separate gmail or hotmail email address as to not clog your home email with spam
- use a different birthday to help protect your privacy
- never put your real phone number into a form
- to help with facebook clutter when liking pages, as soon as you are done requesting the sample, "unlike" the page in the bottom-left column
