  1. the digital coupons simply dont work. i’ve clipped the useless digital coupons twice and they did not show up when i went to buy the items. customer service was completely useless and was unable to help. instead of saving i ended up paying more. it’s so frustrating to knowingly pay more.

  2. BJ’s.com is not allowing me to get to the add coupons page and when I called customer service the recording told that the wait time was 90-120 minutes – how ridiculous. Why can’t you function like Costco and have the sale price just come off when you pay. They now have a booklet on line showing what is on sale. This is the easiest way to do it.

  3. Why do you have coupons? This is a club, membership fee keeps going up and we should not be dealing with coupons. We pay a fee for shopping and receiving the cheapest price. What was the small statement about a fee at the beginning of your site.

    • Hi Kathy, I’m Tasia the one behind this blog. This is just a site to share how to save at BJ’s wholesale club and other stores using coupons, and watching for sales. You will want to direct your concerns to BJ’s Wholesale club’s customer service department. They also have an online chat button when you visit their website as well. Thanks for stopping by the blog 🙂

  4. Hello,
Are the digital coupons the same as the book coupons? I am having trouble trying to remove some of the coupons I clipped onto my card. Any help? Thanks

    • HI Jenny, yes the digital coupons are the same as the coupon books that get sent to you. I have not noticed the coupon booklets found in club yet on the website. The coupons should be removed if you click the coupon again.

  5. IM SORRY I FIND THIS REDICULOUS TO BE MANDITORY I THINK IT SHOULD BE OPTIONAL I AM A VISUAL PERSON WHICH MEANS I NEED TO HAVE THE COUPONS IN MY HAND IN ORDER TO KNOW WHAT I AM BUYING AND YOU JUST TOOK THAT ALL AWAY I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO LIMIT MYSELF TO JUST 1 ITEM EITHER I USUALLY BUY IN BULK I HAVE 8 PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE AND 11 CATS SO WE USE A LOT OF STUFF I GUESS I WILL JUST HAVE TO SHOP SOMEWHERE THAT WANTS ME TO BUY STUFF AND WONT LIMIT ME BECAUSE OF TAKING AWAY PRINTABLE COUPONS

    • Hello, Meike, First you do realize I’m just a girl blogging about deals at BJ’s right? I do not work for BJ’s. Second, the BJ’s coupon books are not going anywhere. If you want more coupons to buy multiple BJ’s items you will have to ask your local desk. Thrid, some people use two, three even more BJ’s coupons ON ONE item. This helps eliminate coupon fraud. Hope that helps.

  6. At what point in this process do you scan a clipped manufacturer’s or BJ’s coupon? After you hit total? Will it say scan coupons now?

    • The digital coupons will come off at the end of your total when you are done scanning. You will be able to see them before you use payment.

  7. what they have done is limit you to one item. if you wanted to print out 2 coupons, you could. i shop both bjs and sams club. bjs is usually slightly higher in price, but coupons made up for it. i usually buy more than one of an item. now the membership is not worth the cost and the trip to bjs. sticking to sams club now.

  8. I haven’t received this yet…I’m always afraid that the coupons won’t come out in the end…if I take them printed I’m sure to use them! I’ll have to look into it a bit better

    • They will come off before you pay. Try it next time. Add them to your membership and bring your booklet in case but I bet they will be there when you cash out.

  9. Looks like our closest Port Orange, FL BJ’s is! Just loaded my coupons onto my membership card! Could have saved me time yesterday from the half hour out of my life lost to cutting out coupons LOL I usually remember to bring my coupons but I always seem to misplace at least one of them so I really love this new option! YAY BJ’s!

  10. Cool idea , that happens to me now when I go to the store , I’m always forgetting my coupons . This may help me .
