Chocolate Frosting

Here is a frosting recipe that does not use confectioner’s sugar.

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C evaporated milk
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 C honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 C instant nonfat dry milk powder
dash of salt

Soften cream cheese in a bowl at room temperature. Beat cream cheese, evaporated milk, cocoa, honey and vanilla until smooth. Add dry milk powder and a dash of salt. Beat 1 minute more.

Frosting will thicken upon standing.
