  1. I used these and found white marks all over random clothes when I pull them out of the washer. The pods stain the clothes! Ill Never use these again!

  2. I found this detergent to be pretty cheap. And I don’t only mean in price. Since using it, with cold water, I have had several items shrink 2-3 inches each wash. We only put items in the dyer that are okay to and we line dry those that aren’t. we have new wool dyer balls instead of using dyer sheets. and the heat is normal. Clothing only started shrinking when we switched to this BJ’s brand of cheapo detergent.

  3. I bought the Berkley Jensen Ultra Laundry pacs, mainly because of the large price difference.
Boy am I sorry! Cleaning wise they are not as good as Tide, but they have an annoying problem, The pods do not melt like they should.
i first noticed it when one of my old t shirts had the fabric all stuck together. I thought I must have gotten some silicon caulk on it.
Next I was folding some sheets and there was a place where they were stuck together. And today there was a pair of under shorts that had one of the legs openings stuck together. I rewashed it and it still is not gone, but I was able to separate it enough to see the plastic remnants firmly stuck. I’m washing them again to see it it will finally melt after 3 washings.
They are going back to BJ’s and I’ll not be buying these anymore, and I’ll be steering clear of other BJ brand products.

    • Wow, Bob. That is a shame. I do hope your items are not ruined permanently. Thank you for letting us know about your experience. Now I’m hesitant to try them.
