Here is my dinner plan for the week. I really don’t plan breakfast and lunch because we keep it simple (albeit boring) for those 2 meals. I eat leftovers, and the children eat fruit with toast or oatmeal for breakfast, and sandwiches and carrot sticks (mostly) for lunch. They also have yogurt or cheese and some crackers or apples for snack. Our days are so busy, it’s nice to not have to think about those meals. It’s just automatic. However, dinner is an olympic event and a major feat! Without a plan, I’m lost.
Monday – Pizza
Tuesday – Meatloaf, mashed potato and veg
Wednesday – Spaghetti with meat sauce and a simple salad
Thursday – Spring Salad with chicken and breadsticks
Friday – Cheese quesadillas
I find that when I plan our meals, we save more money! I can get creative with what we have in the food pantry. Every week, I shop at home first!
What’s on your menu for this week? 🙂
