Review: Chiquita Banana Bread Mix Only $1.99

This is just a short little review of Chiquita Banana Bread Mix found at BJ's ($1.99).  I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it is!

When I was mixing up the batter, I thought that it would be super sweet. Boy, was I wrong.  It had just the right balance of sweetness and banana flavoring.

What I liked about the mix is that I only had to add water, an egg and bananas.  Simple!

You can't beat the price either.  A few times a year, there is a coupon in the booklets for buying a Chiquita Banana Bread Mix and getting bananas free!  Next time it is available, give this little mix a try!  You won't regret it.

Note: My loaf pan is still in storage somewhere, lost in the abyss.  I ended up baking this off in a 9×13 glass pan, using 2 boxes of the mix.  The kids didn't mind!  🙂
