  1. Thank you for this website!!! I have two questions:
    1) The BJ’s coupon policy says that you can only use one MFG coupon on a box of cereal (with 2 bags in it). So how will I know when I can use more than one based on the box of cereal as you have posted above?
    2) What do the * mean next to the title on some of your matches?

    Thanks in advance!

    • Hi Brandy.

Thanks for leaving a comment. In the pricebook you will see the number of barcodes per item. I will actually write that in in parenthesis going forward so you know. And update it in this post after. Lucky Charms and Cheerios come in two boxes,so you can use the $1.00/2 on one box because there are two barcodes. The * are my favorite deals and the ones I share with Crystal over at Money Saving Mom. For the Hormel, the regular pepperoni is on one pack so you would have to buy two to use the coupon. But the Hormel Turkey Pepperoni is in a two pack with two barcodes so you could use the $1.00/2 on that one package. I hope this makes sense! 2. Hello! I’m new and trying to figure out exactly what all these mean- thank you! Most of them make sense. But what does “Use the $1.00/3 Jif Peanut Butter Products – 8-7-16 RP (exp 10/31/16) ” mean? Specifically the 8-7-16 RP? I found the coupon database, but could not get anything to work from that- it looked like links, but wouldn’t do anything when I hovered the hand and clicked.

    • HI Pamela! Welcome to the blog. When you see a line like the one you mentioned above that is a coupon that is found in the newspaper. The RP that you see that stands for Red Plum. That is a coupon insert that comes in Sunday’s newspapers. The date next to it is the date the insert was in the newspaper. So Sunday 8 7 16 there was a redplum coupon insert that had a $1.00 off 3 Jif Products. Then the exp stands for the expiration date. In the coupon database if it is a link then that is a printable coupon. If it just hovers then that is a newspaper coupon. Here is a page I wrote about coupon lingo that I will actually bring over this week to this blog. So thank you so much for this question because I didn’t realize this post wasn’t on this blog! I hope that helps and feel free to ask any other questions. Have a great evening. Here is the link to coupon lingo–>http://bataviasbestbargains.com/coupon-lingo/

    • Allison, thank you so much for taking the time to tell me. The matchups are very time consuming so I greatly appreciate the positive feedback! Have a great day!
