Peanut butter cookies are my favorite. I’m going to try making them with flaxseed. It sounds interesting, and I’ll bet it’s good–and healthy!

That is such a good idea about the pizza crust! How much do you add? I am going to try that! I usually use whole wheat flour for pancakes and waffles wondering if the flax would be a bit too much for us?! lol
We use a lot of ground flaxeed. It’s great to add to almost any baked product like muffins, loaves, and cookies. We also add it to pancakes and waffles. And I put a 1/4 cup in homemade pizza crust the other night and no one even blinked an eye. 🙂
