The BJ’s P&G Stock-Up Event is back, and it’s one of my favorite times to restock the laundry room, bathroom, and cleaning cabinet. You can earn up to a $50 BJ’s coupon just for buying the Tide, Bounty, Charmin, and Dawn you’d be buying anyway.
The trick is hitting that spend goal without tossing random stuff in your cart. So below I’ve matched up the coupons and built a few deal scenarios to get you there.
How the P&G Spend & Get Works
- Spend $100+ on qualifying P&G items → get a $25 BJ’s coupon
- Spend $200+ on qualifying P&G items → get a $50 BJ’s coupon
- Dates: September 8 – October 2, 2026. It ends this Friday, so don’t wait!
- Up to two transactions: You can split your spending across two trips, but they have to be consecutive (back-to-back) qualifying transactions.
- After discounts, before tax: Your total has to hit the goal after coupons come off. I always aim a few dollars over, just to be safe.
- Reward: Your coupon is added to your membership card on 10/8/26 and must be used by 10/21/26.
- Limit: One earned coupon per membership. Purchases through third parties like DoorDash and Instacart don’t count. No rain checks.
- Double Coupons means there are two BJ’s coupons you can clip and stack on one item! Heads up: many of these coupon pairs cover several products (like “Crest toothpaste OR Oral-B floss”), and BJ’s coupons are usually one use per membership. So pick your favorite item for each pair. Stack a P&G manufacturer coupon on top for even more savings.

Tip: If you split it into two trips, make them back-to-back. The promo counts up to two consecutive transactions, so a random trip in between could reset your progress.

My Tips for the P&G Stock-Up Event
- Clip before you shop. Load every BJ’s coupon in the app before you check out, especially the Double Coupon items.
- Aim a few dollars over. Since the $100 or $200 is counted after coupons, give yourself a little cushion.
- Stack manufacturer coupons. BJ’s lets you use a manufacturer coupon on top of their own coupon — something Costco and Sam’s Club don’t allow.

- Mark your calendar. Your coupon loads on 10/8 and expires 10/21, so plan your next trip for that window.
