This weekend I spotted these From the Ground Up Butternut Squash snacks. My youngest daughter and I like the cauliflower ones, so I thought I would try these.
If you like Butternut squash the noodles are the cheapest in our area- if you don’t have a spiralizer.

They have 140 calories per serving. Each serving is 24 stalks.
They are the same size and texture as the cauliflower ones, BUT they taste like a little like the Apple straws, but with a squash taste. Not too sweet, or overpowering. I give them a thumbs up.
I personally love squash so I think these are a tasty snack. The cinnamon and sugar on it is delicious. It is enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.
