I know they still have the kids basic crocs and the Women's sandal crocs which I have been living in out here on the farm. 

After discounts, I saw many crocs only $16! These kids Crocs Sandals with a back strap end up being $12! 

Grab a couple pairs and get free shipping. I will add to that the best thing you can do for your kids is to get the real Croc brand. They can get wet, spray off so easy, and the grip protection is way better than off-brand.

We had purchased the Target ones in the past and they don't last more than a year AND the bottoms wore out and the girls slipped a lot.
