How are you able to use multiple manufacturer coupons on a single item?

BJ’s coupon policy is that you can use one manufacturer coupon per item that has it’s own barcode. Each individual package usually has it’s own barcode. You can use the pricebook which tells you not just the price but the number of barcodes in each package.
