  1. The Share button doesn’t work. I’ve used it twice and twice my clipped coupons were not applied. My brother holds the account and I am a secondary member. “Share Coupon” button doesn’t work.

    • I’m sorry to hear that. I would reach out to BJs and see if it is something on their end or with your account.

  2. I am the primary member and my daughter (who doesn’t live in my house) is the secondary member. How does she sign up the clip coupons digitally? Her membership number is the same as mine and she was signing up for the bj’s app and it said “something went wrong while checking membership” . How does she go about signing up?

    • It should be you have different membership numbers. Otherwise you can have her use your login info and then clip the coupons she wants. Supposedly now I have yet to try this out this week, the coupons reset up to five times.

  3. My wife is the primary member. On a recent visit to BJ’s I had a Question at the service desk. In the process of answering my question the attendant gave me a new card with a new, different number. I pointed out the problem of having a new number while my wife clips the coupon using our old family number, which we have had for 19 years (I was not told about the sharing feature nor told how it works and still so not understand how BJ’s knows with whom we can share the clipped coupons). I wrote BJ’s and objected to getting a new card an number I did not want. I’ve yet to get a reply. Why not leave well enough alone? Why make our lives more complicated? We would not need the extra step of using the sharing button if you just left us with the shared number as before. When I was handed the new card I asked If my old card (with our family number) would still work . He said yes so I threw the new card away in the garbage. That’s where it belongs.

  4. On my visit to BJ’s today they were pushing using the app to apply coupons. I always forget to sit down and do that but did use coupons today. The Wellsley farms Angus meatballs had a $3.00 off so had to pickup.

  5. I AM SO TIRED OF COUPONS THEY HAVE BECOME A FULL TIME JOB HAVE LOVED BJ’S BUT THEY ;HAVE STOPPED CARYING A LOT OF THE THINGS I USED TO BUY AND I HAVE SUCH A HARD TIME WITH TRYING TO GET THE COUPONS BEEN THINKING ABOOUT NOT RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP BEEN MEMBER FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS

    I am glad you are telling people their co-members will benefit from any coupons they choose to e-clip! My account has had one use of any coupon whether my card was scanned or my husband and kids cards…same with the gas program discount!

      • Not to buy two of something but to use the same coupon for two different members of two separate households.

      • You say we can use digital coupons more than once, but online coupons only once. What is the difference between digital and online coupons??

        • This post is older I will update it now that BJs has allowed the digital coupons to be used more than once. Digital online they are both the same. Thanks
