This is my time of year Winter, I was born on November and have loved the season. As a mom of two now I get to enjoy all the yummy baking with them, enjoying the snow and playing on the playground with my kids when it’s nice and fluffy and white .😊 ❄️⛄️

My favorite part of winter is making hot chocolate for the kids when they are playing out in the snow and watching them have so much fun like I did when I was a kid. I also like when it snows on Christmas Day. When I was in grade school the nuns would tell us to put our shoes out near the outside door of our class the day before our Christmas holiday break. We would wait and hear bells jingle. Then after a while we would open the door to get out shoes. To our surprise we had orange,candy canes and other goodies stuffed in our shoes. That was the best! I past this tradition to my kids they would leave their shoes out the night before Christmas and wake up to see their shoes stuffed with goodies. They absolutely love it!! They tell their teachers and friends and they think that’s a cool

Not being sweaty all the time! I hate the heat in humidity in Michigan in the summer. It’s easier to warm up with layers then it is to cool down.
Winter is as beautiful and unique as any other season. I can just imagine myself standing next to my window and watch the puffy snowflakes slowly descend onto the ground under the fluorescent lights. It’s dark but not late so you are grabbing a book, hot tea or coffee and relax for minute. Cannot wait until I have a fireplace one day to complete this ideal winter evening.
I live in Florida so love to see my electric bill go way down only use the heat on my hvac every once in a while get to open windows and at night get to use fire pit and drink hot chocolate with the kiddos and make smores
