BJ's has awesome frozen fruit to quickly make a smoothie! If you don't buy a mixed bag that has spinach or kale in it you can buy a frozen bag of spinach and throw a handful of that in as well for extra nutrients and fiber.
The girls and I decided to try the recipe for Cherry Berry Smoothie! It was a hit all around. We opted for Silk Almond milk because my daughter doesn't react to well to milk- but either choice this smoothie is delicious!

Step 1: Gather your ingredients.

Step 2: Measure your ingredients
Step 3: Pour all your ingredients into the blender.
Note that I have a Ninja Master prep Blender that I love! Before my blender was never getting the chunks as smooth as I liked!
Step 4: ENJOY!

Instead of Yoplait yogurt, I use Kefir. Drinkable Chobani – sold at BJs is the same thing. When I have ripe bananas I add one to give a smoothie extra creaminess.
