Katy on Amazon said ” We have a couple potty chairs and this is the best one. The seat goes up and down easily and my son liked to take out the pee holder and dump it and flush it. I didn’t even use the bags because this was sitting right next to the toilet in the bathroom and that seemed like a waste but I suppose if you used this as a travel potty or outside that the bags would be useful. Glad I found this, it made life easier!
