So you just signed up for a membership at BJ’s and you are patiently waiting for your coupon book to arrive. One day turns into a week and a week turns into a month.
“Where is my coupon book?”
I have been there too. We moved in February and I had to update my address. It took a whole 3 months before I started getting my coupon books to show up in my mailbox.
What is the monthly member book?
This book is sent to BJ’s Members in the mail monthly. It is filled with an average of 75 pages of BJ’s store coupons. These coupons can be stacked with manufacturer coupons. Stand firm on this with your store if they are telling you different. The policy has NOT changed.

When will I get mine?
They said it takes up to 3 months for your new address to be changed in the system. If after three months you still are not receiving the booklets they need to add your address again to the system.
When I first got my membership with BJ’s I got the coupon booklets the next month. Sine changing our address is when things got slow.
Basically they told me it shouldn’t take longer then three months but don’t be surprised if it takes the whole three months to get to your mailbox.
Bummer?! It did take exactly three months before I started getting my booklets in the mail. When I first signed up for a membership it came the next month in the mail.
What can you do while you wait
While you are waiting for the coupon book to arrive you can use the BJ’s Coupon Matchup list here that is published when the new coupons start for each month. ( As you can see in the picture I type these all up)
Or you can head to your local club and ask your customer service desk for a coupon booklet. Remind them of your situation and there should be NO problem giving you a new booklet. Many of the same coupons found in your booklet are available to print online here.

Why am I not getting a coupon book from the bjs club they just stopped coming
I’m not sure.
I’ve been going to the service desk for over 2 months. I always received coupon books in the mail and all of a sudden, they stopped. The service desk updated my info and now I get emails. I prefer the actual coupon book in the mail. I was first told that it would take 6-8 weeks. Don’t understand that at all, Now the service desk is saying I have to tell my mail carrier.

We have not gotten a book in a couple months,
haven’t received a coupon book in 4-5 months
I didn’t receive my April coupon book. And this will be the second time I didn’t recieve.
I would check with customer service at your local club to confirm the right address. If you are a new member or changed addresses it can take up to 3 months before you start getting the coupon books in the mail. I know it makes planning your trips more difficult but until you receive the books you can go to customer service and ask for one.
