I don't know about you but when I am with my mom ( which isn't often since she lives 12 hours away) everyone wants to chat with her. She brings out the chatty side in me. Usually when I am in BJ's I'm thinking about blog stuff, or what to serve my family, but when I'm with my mom it's all about others.
So we had a blast chatting with Karen who gives samples out at one of the BJ's Clubs I shop at. She was so fun and shared with us a delicious dinner that you need to try.
We loved our time with her so much we took her suggestion and bought it that day. I'm not one for buying premade dinners, but let me tell you, there are days I want to have a quick easy dinner. Since shopping at BJ's almost all the time, I love the price of their quick, easy and already prepared meals.
Who doesn't? This one is a no-brainer. I have a feeling your family won't notice if this is store bought or homemade.

Buy 1 Bistro Baked Scallop Potatoes 2 lb. 32 oz. $6.99
I just chopped the ham up into cubes took the potatoes out and poured into a mixing bowl. This was a tip from Karen to make sure to really mix it up. Add your ham and stir. Then pour into a casserole dish and bake as directed on the package!
I do believe it's key to mix up those potatoes really well with the ham. Trust me this is nothing like the boxed potatoes either. Don't leave the potatoes in the container they come in. Get all the cheese stirred up good.
