I had to try it out for myself this week and let you know if it was indeed true.
Yep- it worked and I'm excited to share that you have to spend $100 BEFORE any coupons/discounts!
I ended up paying $3.47/gal at the Rochester NY store! This is a super deal considering our local gas stations are still at $4.19/gal.
