That was indeed a glitch, which means BJ's will not honor all of those $10 off coupons to your account. One of our Facebook followers got this response back from BJ's.
If you don't have one of the $10 off coupons in your account and you did, I would reach out to BJ's customer service by calling t 800-BJS-CLUB (800-257-2582) or messaging on Facebook.
They should be able to honor the one $10 off coupon.
Thank you for posting about this! I figured 4 of the same coupon was a mistake, but it didn’t occur to me that BJ’s would delete all four, which they did. I called customer service, and they can’t reinstate the coupon, so they applied a $10 reward to my account – so people, you gotta call. Thanks again for the heads up!
You should set up a new Facebook page and just call it something like “My Club Stores Wholesale” instead.
I could, but it’s so hard to get reach and interaction on Facebook, I’m not sure it’s worth my time.
