This recipe came courtesy of the nice free sample lady at BJ's a few months ago. My family can't get enough of this when I make it. I like to serve it with a side of english cucumbers and dip. Here are the cast of characters…
With a serated knife, split the bread into halves, and place on cookie sheets.
Using the same serated knife, cut little pats of butter and dab them along the tops of the bread.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning over each top.
Then, sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over each side.
Bake at 400 degrees, for 10 minutes.
While the loaves are cooking, use a potato peeler and remove the cucumber skins. Slice the cucumbers into coins.
Cut the bread into 2″ wide strips (8 pieces for each halve) with a pizza wheel. Eat and enjoy!
