Here is an easy recipe for serving eggs to new eaters.
WARNING: Babies under age 1 should not eat egg whites because of possible allergies. Babies older than 9 months, may safely eat EGG YOLKS ONLY.
6 eggs
saucepan of water
dash of vinegar (so yolks don't turn green)
about 1 tsp of vanilla whole milk baby yogurt
Put eggs in saucepan of water and cover. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Once boiling, shut off burner and keep lid on. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain and fill pan with cold water from tap to cool. Peel and rinse off the shells.
Slice eggs in half and separate the yolks into a bowl. Mash with fork and add baby yogurt. Then, whip to desired consistency.
