A new month is almost here. Is it me, or did January fly by?
During the blizzard this week, I did a little baking. I have never considered myself a baker. My personality enjoys the freedom of not measuring ingredients, and just whipping up something that is yummy with items on hand. I made a delicious chili, but didn’t measure the seasonings. Afterward, I was regretting not keeping track of what I used to make it again. It was SO good. Do you cook that way?
