I have been informed via email that BJ's has an incorrect coupon policy on their website (still there as of 3:30pm EST). They still accept manufacturer coupons and in-store coupons. Here is a quote from the response I received from customer service:
“I apologize that the website has the incorrect information. Our policy is that you are able to use one manufacturer coupon and one BJ's brand coupon on one item. So you are able to redeem two coupons for that one item. I will let our marketing department know that the information on our website is incorrect and see about getting that information changed immediately. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause have caused. If you need further assistance you can contact us at 1-800-BJ'S-CLUB. We appreciate your business.”
I'll be keeping tabs for you as to when the policy updated with the correct information.
