Hot Pepper Cheese Dip – Superbowl Food Anyone?

This recipe is so simple, and yet so good! Not low cal by any measure. I like dipping crackers or carrot sticks in it.

(2) 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1 jar of Howard’s Hot Pepper Relish

Beat together with a handmixer. Cover and pop into the refrigerator until the party. Go read a book until your guests arrive!

This dip is not super spicy. But it does have heat. You could always use Howard’s Sweet Pepper Relish instead of the hot.
