BJ's shoppers are learning a whole new way to clip coupons at the club. I felt so bad the other day in BJ's Club, when a shopper behind me asked why the coupons weren't coming off at the register.
When the employee explained you need to download them in the app, I felt terrible.
Should you hold up the line and download the app to get the savings? What if you didn't have a smartphone?
The point is during this we hope temporary change, there are 3 easy ways to clip digital coupons at BJs.
Score a $20 BJ's membership deal for the entire year HERE.
I've shared a video on Youtube already but here is the written steps.
If you do not want to have the BJs app on your phone you can do this at BJs.com too.
Step 1– Go to BJs.com ( my preferred method) or use the BJ's App on your mobile device.
Step 2– Create an online account if it is your 1st time using the Bjs.com sign in or app. For creating an account you will need your BJ's membership number and zipcode. Be sure to use the zipcode you gave to the Team Member when you enrolled originally in-Club. You will need to create a password to use for login.
Step 3- Sign in to your account.
Step 4– Tap on the coupons link at the top of the homepage if using bjs.com or go to the coupons icon in the BJs app.
Step 5– Click + clip to add coupons to your membership card. Your coupons will automatically be applied and deducted at checkout.
If you have any questions leave a comment below.

What is the maximum amount of coupons one is able to clip & use at checkout? The clipped coupons page will only show 12 coupons clipped but I clipped about 20 in total. When returning to the “available coupons” page it shows all 20 as being clipped. Are these hidden / clipped coupons also active at checkout?
Tasia
I don’t think there is a limit to how many coupons you can clip.

It’s a royal pain in the…….clipping one coupon at a time on your phone and then the screen keeps moving before you can get the next one, like a mouse and cat chase. I really really HATE it! Backwards BJ’s!

I agree Digital coupons suck,we paid BJs $55 per year to spend money in the store, now we need to download
coupons to our account to get any discount that is offered.I also belong to COSTC0 $60/year and go in and out
without clipping coupons and still save money on sale items. Do you see something wrong with this picture. Please
Bjs stop with the coupons and offered the saving without the damn clipping.
Linda
Camera pointed on the coupon and receive message “We’re Sorry” We can’t find that product. Please try scanning another barcode. Well, the same message appears for all other barcodes. Tried to different iphone and the same results. Can you offer any suggestions?

I have tried three times to reset my password because it will not recognize my original password. I have done everything I was told to do and when they send me a link to reset, there is no link. I have tried calling and I cannot reach anyone. They keep referring me back to the email link. I am also being told that it will take three to seven days to straighten this out. This is ridiculous. Go back to paper. I have been a member for 17 years and I am about to cancel my membership. There is no support for customers.
Tasia
Hi Ray, you may want to reach out to this email with your issue [email protected].

My first time trying to figure this clipless stuff out & just reading these instructions is confusing. What I get out of what I read is I have to sign in. I get that and go to coupons & click them all after I’m lost. Some where it said I have to do something on my phone at check out To cash them in then do something else to make sure they were used. Then use other manufacturers coupons makes it even more complicated. I DON’T UNDERSTAND!!!! I know I’m old but it can’t be this complicated…….Hope your customers service can fix this cause I’m on my way. If they can’t or won’t you might loose a 30plus year member.

BJ’s is slowly rolling out the old paper coupons again.

Is there any way to just clip them all at once & add them to my card rather than having to clip them individually?
Tasia
Not yet. I hope they offer that option soon though.

My neighbor is 88 years old and she just bought a BJs membership. Today, she informed me that all the coupons are now digital. She does not have a computer or a cell phone. She was sad and disappointed. Is there any way for someone without access to a computer or an app on a cell phone to use their her coupons or access them via a kiosk or something at the store? I used to take her shopping with me, and she did love to use those coupons. Can I put the app on my cell phone with her membership and help her access her coupons that way?
Tasia
The good news is this is still temporary so they so with the coupons. They will be going back to paper too. Right now you could access her coupons on your phone, but then you wouldn’t be able to use that app with your login. I think your best bet is to create her an account on your computer and add all the coupons for her. Then you can use the app on your phone for your own account.

NO OFFENSE !!!!! Digital coupons suck !!!!!! They work occasionally I am a BJ’s team member and they are the bane of my existence . What a proverbial pain in the ass !!!!!
Your competitor COSTCO does not waste time with such trivial nonsense. The coupons come off automatically as long as you buy the item that is on sale.
COME IN TO LIGHT BJ’S. IT’S THE 21ST CENTURY. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THIS Anymore, especially during a pandemic where there is no end in sught
