It’s almost over. Happy Thanksgiving to you. I’m so incredibly thankful for those who read this site. To be able to even do this and share this online is amazing. I have found lately through a very stressful time in my life, to focus on the things right now.
For example, I’m sitting at the computer and when I feel panic or anxiety creeping up trying to get a hold of me, I stop. I look at real life things. The computer I can see and touch and I’m thankful for it. For allowing me the opportunity to do this blog and two others.
I see outside and I’m incredibly thankful for our home. If you can find the items right in front of you and say out loud why you are thankful for those it seems to help curb the anxious thoughts. At least it has for me lately and that’s totally just me. So take it for what it is.
The point is we can all stop to find thankfulness in the small things that really add up to the big things.

I have done grocery pickup and delivery during Covid but I do like to shop at the store
We use grocery pick up every once in awhile
We don’t feel comfortable going into stores right now…especially because we live in New Hampshire where many people do not wear masks. I have been loving bjs new curbside pickup
I have to touch my food before I buy it. So I don’t trust grocery pick-up so I don’t use it.
I have used Walmart for grocery pickup since the Covid virus. I have been very happy with the service. They are always on time at my pickup appointment.
I have not used it ever but I’ve been considering it because I have such a hard time getting around the stores.

I’ve never used the grocery delivery but see how it could be beneficial for some folks. I just prefer to see the produce, etc and get the freshest stuff, find other deals or markdowns you might otherwise miss, and notice displays for sweepstakes/promotions.
I have used it for Walmart a few times and target has brought me out stuff to my car. I prefer walking down the aisles and seeing clearance and deals myself when the kids aren’t with me though

We used to use it when we were in Texas before moving to NJ for school! Loved it, but now we don’t have a car, so a bus to BJs and a taxi back is what we do!
Yes! I love, love, love it! I had a spinal fusion in September, plus pretty bad fibromyalgia, so walking has been pretty difficult this year. The grocery pickup service is perfect….they load, and my husband unloads! What more could I ask for?? Plus, I save money not picking up all the extras. Yes, I do miss “looking”, but don’t miss the Pain!!

I use Walmart Grocery pick-up, our local ones is horrible but we have another 15 minutes away who has it down pat! It is worth the drive and the baby doesn’t mind. I have not tried a regular grocery store yet

We’ve tried it a couple times, with different stores. They don’t always have everything I want, or they do but then end up not having it when they shop for me, and I end up having to go to the grocery store anyway :/
I enjoy shopping for and picking my own groceries, so I don’t utilize that service but I do like that people have that option. It’s extremely beneficial to those who can’t find enough hours in the day, elderly, disabled, Moms with little ones, etc.

I do sometimes when I absolutely need things but have the kids and dont want to deal with the public or if I have a code and it allows me to save more. Otherwise I do it myself because I am a shopper, I love it.

The only pickup service I have used is the one at Target. I have done both in store and drive up. Love the drive up option as they are always at my car before I even finish putting the car in drive 🙂

Yes I have use the service through Walmart. Each time I used it I was in a hurry and had all three of my grandkids with me. I just wanted to pick up the groceries and go home and fix dinner for them and the service made it easier for me. Normally I prefer To shop in person for myself.

I use Walmart grocery pickup and I love the convenience. I’ve had great luck with them and I get free samples of candy bars, dishwasher pods, noodles, reusable bags and other things on almost every visit.
I love grocery pickup when I have a busy week or not feeling well. It’s easy and so convenient!

I’ve used Wal-Mart’s pick-up program 3 times and I’m not impressed: 1.) they don’t/can’t accept coupons thru this program; 2.) they’re supposed to print out your receipt when you pay at pick-up, but on 2 of my 3 trips no one knew how to do this (?!?) & I had to settle for an email version, which is 6-7 pages long and does NOT include a barcode! This is ok unless you need to upload the rcpt. and it’s barcode for rebates on apps such as Ibotta and Saving Star …which I use; and, 3.) There were out-of-stock items on all 3 of my orders even tho’ they were in stock when I ordered just hours before! They’re SUPPOSED to sub an item of equal or better value (if you opt for this during the ordering) but you have to double-check to make sure it was done AND done correctly …which isn’t always the case! The entire process isn’t worth the aggravation …it’s easier to just go into W-M and do my own shopping. In the future I will probably use this service for emergencies only.

I used BJ’s Pick up and Pay many times when in a hurry and only need a few items. I also used Ibotta home delivery , which I never paid the delivery fee. I mostly love it , but , I have mixed feelings about it. Delivery isn’t always up to par, the delivery person isn’t always willing to bring heavy items, like cat litter, down 10 steps to the basement, probably for safety reasons, which I understand. other times I used it for groceries when unable to shop and it was truly a life saver.

About 11 years ago I worked at Sam’s club and they had the “click in pull” , we would shop for you then you pickup. I saw a sale on a gazebo in store so I did a “click in pull” for myself it was great as I got the discounted price too.
