Sometimes (thankfully, not often), a cashier will try to reject a coupon based on the picture of the item on the coupon.
However, it is not the picture they need to focus on. Just politely tell them to read the fine print. It should clearly state what item(s) the coupon is valid on, and what sizes.
If the coupon states $1 off ANY manufacturer product, but only 1 of their products is in the picture, the coupon is in fact good on ANY of their products as stated in the print. The manufacturer can’t possibly put a picture of every item on a tiny coupon!
Make sure you always read your coupons before you use them. I’ve made mistakes in the past by not paying close attention to the fine print.
