I just wanted to update anyone who may be planning on going to the club tonight Thursday, November 8th or even tomorrow morning to call and see if your club is open. Tons of members in our Facebook group including BJs employees said their clubs were closed down due to computer system problems.
BJs official Twitter account sent out this: “Some of our clubs are experiencing a delayed opening due to a technical issue. We do not yet have an ETA on when all clubs will re-open, but feel free to check back in at any time for an update!”
As of 7 p.m. there was no update to stores being open.
Update: BJs Gas stations are said to still be open.
Just wanted to give you a heads up in case the issue isn't fixed in the morning!

I saw the FB posts from a few people today, so I called my local BJ’s at 4:00. They had just opened up again. I’m in Syracuse, NY.

When I tried to go to my BJs in Chicopee, MA, I was told that the computer system outage was club wide.
It is so strange. Some said their club was open today. One member said in Amherst it was fine this morning. I don’t know if it started after the morning or what. But it’s crazy.
I too went to my BJs today to shop. I was wondering why the parking lot was so empty! Fortunately, there was an employee outside telling people about the computers being down. I was able to get gas with no problem.
Oh that is a bummer. Good the gas station was still open.

Thanks I went to BJs in Clay NY today to find them closed with computer issues . Unfortunately I live 40 miles away and don’t get a chance to get there often I had hoped to get several items . Hopefully I will get a chance to get there another time when they are open
