HOW DOES IBOTTA WORK?!
What you do is select the offer you want to redeem.
- -Head to the store that you choose to buy the product from and purchase
- -Scan the barcode on the product
- -Then take a picture of your receipt showing proof of purchase.
- -Earn money!
Some stores like Walmart now have you scan the QR code on your receipt and that’s it. NO need to scan the items they find all the offers on your receipt and you are good to go. Super simple. Check out my Ibotta Walmart haul here.

Although the savings seem super tiny for “ANY BRAND” items when you get into the habit of scanning in items and then using other apps like Checkout 51 you can easily save $1 on Milk, Apples, and more!
