I bought the qualifying items during the promo time period, had the asterisk next to each of those 4 items on my receipt, I just went there on 3/23 and there was no $20 reward on my card!

EVERYONE BEWARE, I BOUGHT THE CORRECT ITEMS OF THE PROCTOR & GAMBLE ITEMS ( VERIFED AT THE STORE ) AND ONLY 1 ITEM HAD THE PROPER ASTERISK NEXT TO ITEM, SO MY RECIEPT SHOWS THAT I DIDNT MEET THE PROPER AMOUNT TO GET THE 20 DOLLARS, WAITED 30 MINUTES IN STORE TO TOLD I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER NUMBER, THAT WAS ROBIN A IN THE FARMINGDALE LOCATION . CALL THE NUMBER GIVEN, SPOKE TO LOTOYA AND AFTER 30 MINUTES ON HOLD AND SPEAKING TO SEVERAL PEOLPE, I KNOW HAVE TO FOLLOW UP IN MARCH TO SEE IF I GET THE REWARD!!!! Hey Jacquie, did you happen to watch the video included in this post? We talk about how that has happened for almost every P&G promotion and it always ends up giving you the $20 award at the end of it. BJs is really good about if you bought the items and it doesn’t come up, they give you the $20. I would just take a deep breathe and trust it’s all going to work out. This has happened for others and they have all gotten the $20 award. It’s all good 🙂
