What are you doing with the coconut oil? I purchased some a while back and it is still sitting in my cabinet! lol
Hi Allison, that is so funny you just wrote that because last night I cooked shrimp and pan friend in coconut oil. I breaded them with the coconut flour from BJ’s as well. It was DELICIOUS. I use coconut oil in place of butter in recipes. My kids love it when I mix half coconut oil and butter in our chocolate chip cookies. It will have the flavor of coconut so be sure you all like that first. I would just slowly start to cook with it to get used to it. It’s delicious to fry and cook with venison meat as well.
