You must be a BJ's member and spend the $100 in ONE transaction. The $100 threshold must be met AFTER any coupons or discounts have been applied.
You must purchase products from 9/16/21-10/13/21! But you have until October 22, 2021, to submit your rebate.

The P&G promotions have changed the last several times. Some are not fans of uploading the receipt and wish it would go back to connecting your BJs membership card to see if you bought the qualifying items.

STEP 4: Wait for your $25 BJ's Gift card to arrive in the mail 4-6 weeks after.

BJs spend 100 get 25 is a reap off, it doesn’t work.
You have to make sure you spend $100 before any discounts or coupons, I think a lot of people miss that.
I didn’t get $25 dollar gift card yet, I think its’ more than 2 months now. where/how can I check the status?
Reported the fraud complain to BBB for not getting $25/- gift card from P & G as per Bj’s Promotional Flyer.

after over 6 months of passed and followed with Bj’s for $25/- gift card as refund for P & G Products which was ended in 1st quarter of 2020. So many phone calls at different phone numbers by BJ customer support including local BJ customer support, i still have not received my $25.00 rebate gift card. This a scam. Someone should sue Bj’s for stilling $25/- multiply by even 10,000 customers in USA, meaning $250,000 that’s almost quarter million dollars by Bj’s or P & G. I’m not sure if any one trust in future such gimmicks played by Bj’s or want to come back to shop at BJ any more.
Thats crazy. They have another one going on right now that started and I’m hesitant to post it after the ordeal with the last one.
This is an apparent scam hoping customers buy but forget the offer. First off the in-store advertising was set up to make you believe the $25 gift card would be an automatic thing given when the items listed were purchased. Then once you check out you find that there is no gift card, but instead it requires the customer to jump through hoops with the receipt to get it validated. Then after mailing in there is no more follow up or gift card unless instigated by customer. We sent our receipt in on 3-14-20. Still no gift card as of today 7-9-20 even though we were told via email on 5-16-20 it was validated and expect within 2-3 weeks. Of course they said the delay was due to the pandemic. Never again will we fall for such advertising gimmicks. Not worth the time. It would help if the posts were auto dated so we know how relevant. Thanks for reading.

I’m not sure what is going on with this, but you aren’t the first person to complain. I don’t know why they changed this promotion. In the past the award was loaded to our membership card. I’m so sorry you are having trouble with this.
I received confirmation that my receipt was received on March 31. I have yet to receive a $25 gift card.
I would reach out to your local BJ’s club. I’ve heard this from a lot of others too. I wonder if there is a delay due to Covid-19?
I received an email On 3/8 saying my receipt was valid and allow 4 was for my gift card. It’s been 7 1/2 wks and I haven’t received anything. There doesn’t seem to be a way to check the status either.

After waiting for receipt of my $25 card, which was confirmed online on April 2, 2020, I contacted P&G for the status. The consumer rep seemed a little confused but did say that he had received other queries about this promotion. He took my info and told me I would receive a card for $25 within 7 day. This was promotion IF REAL that has been handled very poorly. Time will tell if it is truly real or just another SCAM. Seems very odd that BJs would not partner with P&G I think there was a miscommunication maybe with this promotion? Very odd. Hopefully they go back to the $20 award to your BJs membership they have always done in the past.

This promotion of spending 100 to get a gift card is a scam. Did all the right thing and got response saying we will give you a call back . That’s been two month.

I need to get my receipt downloaded for the gift card. I spent over $4,000.00 in Bjs and now im being told i can not get my $25.00 for every $100.00 i spend… i would hope someone will get back in touch with me. Im extremely upset by this. That was all my tax return for my family to have food for the year. I was so excited about the offer but i dont get. Thats pretty screwed up.

I was able to submit this promo online and received an email saying that I will hear from them in 48 hours. However, I have not hear from them after 96 hours. I want to make sure they received everything needed successfully for this $25 gift card.

I went to our local Bjs just for this promotion. Bought almost all the stuff I needed to make the minimum purchase requirement but one item was not in the usual area of the store. I finished my shopping and forgot to get the one needed item to make the $100. deal. I went home, saw my mistake and immediately went back to the store. I bought 2 of the missing items brining me well over the $100. minimum. I returned the original items, rebought them all together on one reciept and went home. All to find that the Customer service rep wrote “returned” on the first reciept items and then only charged me on the second reciept for the original missing items on the first trip. Now I am showing a total of about $115. purchased but on 2 receipts! Help…
oh my gosh. That is such a hassle. Honestly I have no idea what to tell you for this one. This promotion is so disappointing. Not sure why they didn’t keep it how it’s always been with it calculating on our membership cards. I would reach out to the manager at your local store.

this is horrible…. after spending exhausting amount of time finding and loading and sending the picture of receipt..just got a refusal as they said ” receipt cannot be read” . The date on receipt is very lite, and the total of purchase..(so now you have to check at the store if receipt is dark enough????) That should be fun to explain to cashier and the ten people behind you in line!!!
I will resubmit one more time ( with printing over the inforrmation that is too light hopefully they will accept this alteration)and NEVER do any kind of promotion like this again….

Website is stuck in the 20th. century cannot redeem my $25.00 BJ’s gift card after I made the $100.00+ purchase as required. Bj’s is the worst at everything customer service and inventory for advertised sale items. If I mail my receipt as per another option to redeem the $25.00 where do I send it and what if they claim they never received it what is the alternative to this scam concocted by P&G / BJ’s? Mr. Berkley and Mr. Jensen take a page from your competitor COSTCO no scam offers items on sale are always in stock, no clipping coupons discounts automatically comes off at check out. No wonder BJ’s had to file for bankruptcy and does so poorly.
I have to say, this promotion has had major ups and downs. The website wasn’t even up the first day they ran it. Not sure why they are choosing to do it this way.
