The Test
I used MORE, but paid less. 
Bounty, 1 sheet was sufficient!
The Results
I found that Bounty picked up the spill faster than BJs, where I had to use more than 1 strip to absorb the liquid. Bounty was more efficient for sure!
Knowing Bounty does a better job picking up messes, It's hard to pass on the BJ's brand due to the price. 12 Rolls of BJs brand for $1.24 per roll.
I do not have a BJs close to me, which is why I had to buy Bounty for $2.24 at Giant Eagle.
BJs price for Bounty is pretty reasonable. BJs you get Bounty Select-A-Size Enormous Paper Towels, 12 pk. $20.99. Plus you can always find a BJs coupon and a manufacturer coupon for this item.

Apparently BJs change the material used on their Berkeley Jensen paper towels. They used to be fairly strong. I have been using them for a couple of years and I purchase 2 packs of 12 rolls at the time. The last pack of 12 that I bought a couple of days ago, the sheets are very thin now and they ripped in half before I separate them. I will go back to Bounty eve if they cost more, now I need 2 full sheets instead of one half of Bounty. They want to make more money and that is why they diluted the paper texture. Not good anymore.
I would say bounty for the win.

I usually buy the Sam’s club brand.. abut will try BJ’s next!
We are Bounty fans here and I think we’ll stick with it and continue to use BJ’s coupons for them! 🙂
