I bought the Hellmann’s mayonnaise. However, when I submitted it to Fetch, there was no 1,500-point offer; and of the three available offers, none were for BJ’s.

Oh bummer! It may have expired or it may not have been in your account. Fetch offers can vary by user. I reccomend always checking the app first. Others have messaged me saying they had 2,000 points back.
