Costco Year Membership Discount 2022

If you are thinking about joining Costco Wholesale club, this is a great time to sign up and get a membership discount. 

Costco is pretty strict on offering deep membership discounts, unlike their rival B.J.’s Wholesale. But I appreciate that they are willing to give new members a bit off the regular membership price. 

COSTCO MEMBERSHIP

This Costco membership deal only comes around a few times a year. Right now, you can score a  FREE $10 pr $20 Costco Shop Card when signing up for new membership!

MEMBERSHIP COST AT COSTCO

The Gold Star membership is $60 for the year. When you factor in the shop card and are a first-time Rakuten user, it’s like $20 for the membership at Costco. 

The Gold Star Executive Membership is $120.00, and you will receive a $20 Shop Card. The Gold Star membership is more because you receive an annual 2% Reward (up to $1,000)* on eligible Costco and Costco.com purchases, plus additional benefits on select Costco Services.

 

COSTCO COUPON

If you get the  Executive membership and factor in the Rakuten savings ($40) and the $20 Shop Card, it’s like paying $60 for the Costco membership. Costco’s coupon is kind of like the Shop Card. They don’t offer regular coupons like B.J.’s Wholesale Club. Instant savings are shown in your member booklet and club on the price tags. 

This is one of the best Costco membership deals I’ve seen in a while.

How To Get This Offer:

• Click here to purchase a Costco Membership (Gold Star or Gold Star Executive Membership)
• Fill out the form with your info
• Agree to auto-renewal of your membership on a Visa card at the time of sign-up.
• Check your email for the Costco Membership Activation Certificate
• Bring the Certificate with you to any U.S. or Puerto Rico Costco location where you can sign up as a new member
  (After that, your Membership Activation Certificate will be converted into a Costco membership, and you’ll get your card)
• Costco Shop Cards will be mailed within 4 to 6 weeks after the sign-up, and you should see money back in your Rakuten account the same day.
