I tried to scan the coupons from the book but was told that coupon cannot be found what am I doing wrong.
There is no need to scan any coupons right now. All the BJs coupons are instant savings.
HI TASIA I READ A LOT OF YOUR THINGS BUT AM READY TO GIVE UP ON BJ’S . LAST TWO TIMES I SHOPPED I COULD NOT GET THE DIGITAL COUPONS TO WORK SO I JUST WENT TO COSTCO. I FEEL CHEATED WHEN THEY GIVE COUPONS AND MAKE IT SO HARD TO GET THEM. I AM NOT VERY GOOD WITH THE COMPUTER AND THESE COUPONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME AND BJ’S HAS QUIT CARRYING A LOT OF THE ITEMS I USE, ESPECIALLY ANY 2% CHEESE. CLARA
Hi Clara! I hear ya BJs has been a little bit more of a hassle lately. The coupons from the booklet still work fine though. We did start a Costco blog if you want to follow it here mywholesalelife.com

The last 2 times I have gone to BJs, none of my coupons were redeemed. From what I read as soon as i clipped the coupons its automatically added to my membership card, so once at checkout, my savings will be instantly take off. I checked the redeemed coupons on the app and it shown none of my coupons were redeemed at checkout. What am I doing wrong?
Hmm I always go to bjs.com and load my coupons that way. I seem to have troubles with the app as well.
