How to Get a Free Turkey at BJ’s Wholesale Club This Year

Do you have your Thanksgiving turkey yet? No, don't go running off to the grocery store just yet. BJ's Wholesale Club is giving away free turkeys again this year!

Just follow these simple steps, and you'll be on your way to enjoying a delicious Thanksgiving feast without breaking the bank.

So let's get to it.

BJ's members can get a Free Butterball Fresh or frozen turkey when they spend $150 or more in ONE transaction either online or in the club. It's a bit more confusing, but the good thing is there are no qualifying items.

The catch this year is the coupon seems like it is only going to be available online to clip- which means you have to create an account at bjs.com if you haven't already.

I'm not 100% sure, but that is how it sounds on the BJs website. I haven't received my BJ's book yet. in the past, the coupon has been in the book too.

I would be surprised if they made the coupon online only, but then again, they want to push the digital coupons.

This year 2022, Frozen Butterball Turkeys are priced at $1.59/lb at our BJ's Wholesale clubs in Western NY. I've listed all the local Turkey prices at Sam's, Walmart, Aldi, etc.

Here are the Steps to Get a Free Turkey at BJ's

• Step 1- Make sure you have a bjs.com account or create one with your BJ's membership number.
• Step 2- Spend $150 or more between November 1st and November 10th.
• Step 3 – Clip the FREE Turkey Coupon in your bjs.com account under coupons between 11/12 – 11/23.
• Step 4- Redeem Your Free Turkey Coupon between 11/2-11/24.

The FREE turkey coupon at BJ's will only cover $25. Anything after $25, you will need to pay out of pocket.

The Free Turkey coupon is good for only ONE per primary household member.

Remember that you can also use manufacturer coupons and other money-saving apps like Ibotta and Fetch rewards at BJ's Wholesale club. Last year turkey prices at BJ's were 89¢/lb!

Spending $150 is even easier this year, thanks to inflation!

Receive a digital coupon for one (1) free Butterball fresh or frozen turkey (excluding organic) valued up to $25 (“BB Turkey”) when you create an online account on BJs.com or in the BJ’s app (or have an existing online account) and spend $150+ before taxes and fees in a single qualifying transaction in-club at BJ’s between 11/1/22 and 11/10/22 using your primary membership.
