I love these Manitoba Hemp Hearts. I was so pleased to find them at BJs and with a coupon too! Give these a try.
I was so happy to see hemp hearts in BJS , along with the store coupon, manufacturers coupon and the rebate too! 22 ounces bag is a super price, 8 ounces at Sprouts was $13.99. I put them in smoothies, mix into yogurt & cooked oats and sprinkle over salad. Extra protein and omegas!!
