I have to say their customer service is usually very good and helpful
On one of my trips to BJ’S I see my neighbor at the customer service desk as she forgot her card and was a panic with a large order at the checkout. Customer service could’nt locate her account, she sees me and says Debbie give me your card and before I could answer her she grabbed it and ran to checkout. Too funny ?
