If you are new to the site you probably haven't heard me talk about my favorite meal planning app Real Plans. It's a breeze to get started meal planning and I love having the app on my phone so I can shop with my list right at BJs!
Today though is a great day. You can get an entire month of Paleo Meal Plans FREE!
With this printable, you'll get a timeline for food prep, a shopping list, and recipe cards. If you are wondering what a Paleo diet is here ya go- “based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit, and excluding dairy or grain products and processed food.”
I think a majority of us will enjoy this meal plan.
If you want to see my original post sharing how I use Real Plans and details on how the app works head here.

I prefer a plant-based plan.

Yes i would try.
D Duane Deming
I am sorry, but I don’t think that I would be interested.
Elisabeth
I currently eat Paleo. The transition was really easy after coming off the Whole30!
Eugenia Hall
Not really interested. I’d cook various dishes that happened to be paleo but there’s just too many things I’d have to give up and with my health my nutrition is very important and my diet is already limited and removing even more food options just seems pointless.
Kelly smith
No. Unfortunately I’m a very picky eater and none of this would strike well.
Shelly Leatham
I would try it if my doctor said it was ok!
Mia Jones
Some look ok
TS
Interesting but I don’t think it’s for me.
Michelle S
Some of the recipes look terrific, and I would love to incorporate them into my meal planning, but all paleo all the time would be too restrictive for me. Terrific resource, though; thank you!
Monica Mason
I would try it. But I don’t think it is sustainable. I have too many cravings lol
Deb M
probably not, but i like eating “whole foods!”

I would consider Paleo, but it would definitely take a ton of planning for me.
Susan P.
I prefer a well balanced diet but some Paleo recipes look good.
Mary W
Nope. Not for me. I prefer a less restrictive meal plan.
Tasia
I’m right there with ya!
Mary Ann Rimmer
I don’t think I can do it either. I try to eat healthy sometimes but really struggles to commit to any diet.
Joan Arbusto
Not sure I could do this, but may try.
Terry B
I would try this menu planning.
Janelle JB
Giving any diet a try would be a challenge for me but I would be willing to try.
Donna Paglia
I live for meal planning. Currently I’m thinking about giving keto I try and I am going to need meal planning I’m generally paleo and low carb to begin with so it shouldn’t be hard Incorporated little bit from here and there
