If you are new to the site you probably haven’t heard me talk about my favorite meal planning app Real Plans. It’s a breeze to get started meal planning and I love having the app on my phone so I can shop with my list right at BJs!

    I currently eat Paleo. The transition was really easy after coming off the Whole30!

    Not really interested. I’d cook various dishes that happened to be paleo but there’s just too many things I’d have to give up and with my health my nutrition is very important and my diet is already limited and removing even more food options just seems pointless.

    Some of the recipes look terrific, and I would love to incorporate them into my meal planning, but all paleo all the time would be too restrictive for me. Terrific resource, though; thank you!

    I live for meal planning. Currently I’m thinking about giving keto I try and I am going to need meal planning I’m generally paleo and low carb to begin with so it shouldn’t be hard Incorporated little bit from here and there
