BJs.com/Renews25 doesn’t like my card and info and rejected me. This is the most frustrating company to deal with. AI can’t do everything – we need people to talk to. Guess we’ll go back to Costco.

It’s about 3 weeks until Christmas. My BJ’s membership expired in October, and I’ve tried every which way to renew for less. This would be the first time in 5 years that I may have to pay full price.

My membership expired last week. I’ve tried all the codes and links in your article, but I can only get the regular $55 price for renewing.
Is there anything else I can do (besides going to the customer service desk and asking in person)? I mainly shop online and don’t like going inside.
The only other thing to do is wait and see if they send you a renew code in the mail.
They sent me a $20 card for renewal but it’s not working online. I will have to go in store to use it since it won’t work online.
