I have just signed up for what I thought was $25. Then it said for new person. It then It came up a trial period for a bunch of games . Needless to say I do not want ant games. Just another year membership. Can you help any.

Huntington Bank wants to investigate a charge to my checking account for $55. I searched the ‘Bjmemberrenewal8442688’ notation and BJs came up. I’ve never been a member but I have been there with a friend who was. Why or how do they charge people who are not members?

My elderly cousin never had a membership so the auto renewal answer does not suffice in his case. Bank of America declined payment and issued him a different debit card; suspecting fraud.
It was worth a try. At membership desk, asked if they would renew my membership at the $25 promo rate. Showed it via my cell phone. Unfortunately not. Plan to try again next year, perhaps a different location.

Hi, I applied online for BJ’s membership, I never received any mail.
If you didn’t receive anything it’s okay, you can go to your local BJs and pick up your membership cards with a valid idea.
I brought the free 3 month coupon to the Chicopee store but they wouldn’t honor it because I used a 3 month free coupon in 2019… why did they mail it to me? 22 miles there 22 miles home plus waste of my time

We are upset. My husband just renewed or Bjs account. He paid $55 yesterday. Then we get this deal today for $25 to renew. We have been loyal BJs customers for years. This stinks big time.
